Since February 2020, Ms. Malcher has been providing us with competent caregivers for home care for my parents, which was not always easy due to her dementia of my mother and my father's cancer.
Ms. Malcher has solved all problems that have arisen to our complete satisfaction. We are very grateful for the good support.
I can really recommend the Märkische Seniorenhilfe with a clear conscience.

Ms. Malcher was always approachable and always endeavored to find quick solutions. If she was not available, she called back promptly. The caregivers she selected were very well chosen for us. Mrs. Malcher took care of all our concerns, but also had continuous contact with the caregivers, which was always positive for us in our house. we felt that this "care" also for the caregivers was very beneficial for all involved, since these ladies are also far away from their families here and always have to adjust to new customers. We had an all-round care by Mrs. Malcher and will of course continue to work with her always happy.

I had for my two parents, with very different infirmities, the support of the märkische Seniorenhilfe and have only good experience with the mediated caregivers. Once I had to make a change, because here the person did not fit, but this went smoothly. I am therefore happy to recommend märkische Seniorenhilfe at any time!

You feel taken seriously and when problems arise you always work together in a solution-oriented way. I would contact the company Märkische Seniorenhilfe from Lüdenscheid again at any time and recommend them.

Here I have evaluated the telephone contact with Mrs. Malcher, no facilities (therefore with some questions about service, atmosphere, supply with NEUTRAL evaluated). For quality and care I have evaluated the telephone contact with Mrs. Malcher, I was always very satisfied with that.
I would recommend the Märkische Seniorenhilfe of Mrs. Malcher, have already done so. However, I do not know whether this resulted in a contact.

Mrs. Malcher advised us very well and within 5 days we got our caregiver Mrs. Bozena organized. Our Mrs. Bozena has a good knowledge of German and treats my mother with love. I will recommend the Märkische-Seniorenhilfe to others, because Mrs. Malcher is always there with her heart.
