Hello!
On 06.06.06 our office was not occupied because of the holiday.
I had not taken this into account in the planning or I assumed that you also do not work on the holiday. It would be nice if Joninda could come on 06/13/2022 and 06/27/2022.
After that I will have to reschedule again as I will not be there on 07/11/2022 and 07/25/2022 and no one can let the staff in.
Feel free to let us work out the details over the phone.

for the first two appointments we were very satisfied. However, the cleaner was changed and now the quality leaves something to be desired.
Bed was not covered despite sheets provided, but used as a place to put items from the floor (so that the floor could be wiped, understandable, but put back would have been nice).
generally items (small laundry basket, cat basket, footstool etc) were moved out of the way (as said, understandable) but not put back.
dishwasher was neither unloaded nor put away
cleaning itself was neat, but not outstanding.
we would like to see the first cleaner back.

Dear Sir or Madam,

For a long time I have been regularly very satisfied with the cleaning help Julia sends and how reliably Julia communicates. However, for today's assignment I am reluctant to pay the full amount:
At short notice I accepted a substitute, who also arrived on time and whom I showed the rooms and the cleaning utensils. When I came back after a little more than 3 hours (normally a 4 hour cleaning takes place), the house was empty, light was on in several rooms, the terrace door was not completely locked and the cleaning work was very poor: toilet edges not clean, tile floors stick when walking over them, floors to be vacuumed not clean, etc.

we are very satisfied with the cleaning and the service of our cleaner. The apartment is spotlessly clean and even little extra touches were done that were not explicitly in the description (e.g. a tapestry that had previously come loose was re-hung).
there is nothing that can really be complained about and we are happy that after a few failures from other portals, we have finally found someone who is a super fit for us and our household.

Danijela was with us for the first time yesterday. She did a great job - thorough and fast. At the same time she is nice and sympathetic. The beginning was a bit difficult because she did not receive the appointment as info . But she immediately offered another time the same day and was reliable. Thank you very much for that.

I am satisfied with my latest experience with Maideasy and even if I do not mind paying a little bit above the market average price to ensure that all people involved in the process get a fair pay, 105 Euros for 1 person cleaning my place in 2.5 hours is just too much. The job was done properly and I only found 2 spots that were not clean after the man left (and I am ok with it as we are all humans and the most important tasks were done properly), but 42 Euros per hour is a lot. I don't see myself using Maideasy too often because of the price.
