Unfortunately, we were only a group of 2 people. Our seminar leader was from the old school and taught us a leadership style that consisted of distance and commands - both of which are outdated in my opinion. When criticizing the leadership style, he felt personally attacked and I felt so uncomfortable that I almost didn't show up the second day. The second day, however, was somewhat better. The seminar took place in Frankfurt on April 1 & 2 and was the leadership training for junior staff & foremen. I would definitely not recommend this seminar at this location.
This seminar is dependent on the seminar leader and she was okay but this seminar was without any surprises (examples - stories - interaction) which was a bit dissapointing
Everything was good. Good explanations, good mentor and interesting participants with their personal case studies.
The only criticism is that the documents did not correspond to the workshop.
