With his open-minded and witty manner, Manuel was immediately likeable. In the conversations we could always be who we are and always had the feeling to be able to ask all questions; no matter what it was about. Through his competence and empathy we always felt well advised and taken seriously. We had the opportunity to freely shape all points and thus in the end a complete package tailored to us and our needs and ideas; which makes us in this respect really "carefree". With the cooperation a huge stone falls from our hearts and we are happy to have clarified all important things for us. And we know that we are nevertheless not alone and continue to have a good and, above all, reliable contact person at all times.
