An absolute MUST for every manager!

I have been taking part in Manuel Weber's coaching for almost a year now and learn something new at every session.

The personal exchange with Manuel as my coach has given me a lot of clarity and security in my day-to-day management work. As a result, I can approach my tasks more thoughtfully and don't get unnecessarily stressed.

I particularly like the fact that it is not a boring training program, but an active exchange at eye level.

I really appreciate the individual support and tailored advice. Instead of using a general coaching program, the advice is tailored to my personal goals, needs and also hurdles. In my opinion, the individual support makes the difference compared to group events; I always have the feeling that Manuel is really interested in my success.

The collaboration has been more than worthwhile. I have been coaching with Manuel Weber for a few months now and can recommend it to all managers.

The personal exchange with Manuel as my coach has given me a great deal of clarity and security for my day-to-day management work and has ensured that I can carry out my tasks in a more relaxed manner. Even for difficult topics, there were always several good solutions so that all my questions were answered.

What I particularly liked was that it wasn't a boring training program, but was really interactive and all the knowledge was explained by Manuel in an exciting way. This gave me the feeling that I could implement all the strategies in peace and quiet and thus develop myself further.

An exchange at eye level that helped me a lot in the areas of communication, leadership and self-confidence. An absolute recommendation!

Manuel transfers his knowledge in an exciting and interactive way and adapts to my professional background so that I have always found different solutions for my personal issues.
Thanks to the individual coaching, I was always able to think about the various strategies in peace and quiet and thus implement them in a targeted manner.

Manuel is a very approachable coach. He was able to immediately build a bond with me, especially through his empathy and his honest interest in the other person. This was not only evident in our initial meetings, but also during the coaching process. Manuel takes as much time as necessary to achieve the goal we discussed at the beginning. I have never experienced this before, because in my previous coaching sessions, the cooperation was terminated directly after the expired period of time. (Regardless of whether the goal was achieved) I have and will recommend Manuel and his team at any time, because I was able to recognize an exponential growth in my personality, especially at the end of the coaching.

The opportunity to see the coach live and ask all kinds of questions I was concerned with. And the nature of the answers and tips and explanations were very easy to understand. It is clear that there is someone who has dealt with the subject of personality extremely and can help. I would recommend everyone to deal with it and at least listen to the seminar and the first lessons. That's why I also told my closest friends that they should listen to it :-) keep it up really very successful 👌👌

Manuel Weber is worth a recommendation. I first came across him through his great podcast "thinkpositive". Anyone who deals with personal development and wants to be more successful in his job, should definitely do a coaching with Manuel and of course enjoy his day event "Leadership Day" where food and drink are included. Manuel gives many great tips and asks certain questions that show you the way where I would like to go.
