I can recommend Marcel Lukask 100%, regardless of whether someone is burdened with more or less symptoms of illness or thinks they are already eating quite healthily! I am thrilled and amazed at how much my health has improved! Marcel's explanations are plausible, conclusive, logical and convincing. Everyone should feed their body the right NATURAL foods to help them become healthier. I immediately noticed this very positively in the first video by Marcel that I saw on Insta. No chemical diet miracle gummies are promoted, weight loss is an automatic by-product. The focus is on holistic healing. It was only through Marcel's explanations that I realized all the connections.
I had been looking for the best diet for me for some time in order to grow old as healthily as possible and to harmonize body and mind. I also found it desirable to finally be able to agree with my body on just one dress size (without any particular effort or relapses). These goals are now within reach.
During my long search, I had already given up cola caffeine drinks because they gave me diarrhea, had already noticed that milk is only good for calves, still drank too much cocoa, and was generally unsettled and confused by all the advertised nutritional styles, which are often totally contradictory and contradictory. I felt helpless and depressed. How could I free myself from the downward spiral of sugar and obesity promoted by the industry?
Through Marcel, I now have a clear natural healthy line that I will continue to walk in. After three months, my pain has almost completely disappeared, my skin disease symptoms have visibly improved and I have lost weight. Family and friends say that I look more dynamic, vital and radiant. I would love to surf through my body and see more results on the spot. Today, I enjoy walking past endless shelves of sweets, potato chips and ready-made products and am happy that I no longer need all that and can spare my new best friend, my body. Thanks to Marcel, I now also believe: "My body is my friend and ALWAYS wants to help me!". Marcel has the best job in the world and is allowed to live out his vocation. He sustainably improves the health and thus the quality of life of many people. Marcel is always so calm, patient, happy and in a good mood. That is also my goal. I'm far from finished after these three months, I'm still learning and looking forward to even higher levels of quality of life. In a year's time, I'll be able to report back on everything that has happened to me by then 😉

We are a family (4 adults) and we have been on it for 10 months. With great enthusiasm we are changing our diet and therefore our lives, with the main goal to banish all the viruses, bacteria and toxins from our bodies that we have collected over the years and generations.
Although we fortunately haven't had any major ailments or diseases yet, were "in perfect health" according to our doctor, and started our first dietary change 15 years ago, the positive effects are even more amazing. Now, thanks to Marcel, we finally feel that we have reached the pinnacle of nutrition and health.
Since the change we are continuously surprised by positive changes, like: our eyes, teeth, nails, hair, skin have never been so good and powerful. The joints offer great elasticity, less gray hair, significantly more lightness, energy, clarity, better concentration and we see the world in a much better color contrast.

We were also allowed to say goodbye to some things as we no longer need them: Deodorant against the smell of sweat, vision glasses when driving (at -3.5 diopters), face and body cream against dry and tense skin, excess pounds, birthmarks, suntan lotion, emotional blockages, brain fog and cravings.

We are incredibly grateful for Marcel's knowledge, time and kind nature. We especially appreciate his gift and at the same time talent to explain complex issues in a simple and heartfelt way - he is a great person. You can see from afar that the topic of health is his full passion and it is exactly with this passion that he infected us with every coaching, so that we got the necessary energy to continue the change until today. What we also found fascinatingly great was that he always answered every question with enthusiasm.

Anyone who is chronically ill, as in our case : shortly before being unable to work with severe autoimmune disease, pain where no medication has helped anymore, is in very good hands with Marcel Lukask. In an amazingly short time the disease stopped. Through the guidance of Marcel, it now even goes step by step into the restoration of health. It is a blessing to go through all this, because the partner of such a seriously ill person who is allowed to go into healing is also given a second life. If I could, I would give 10 stars. Becoming healthy can be so easy😊 with the right "tool" and of course with the motivation to feel healthier, more vital, quasi "retread" with measurable results.
I came to Marcel at the Academy with an abundant number of illnesses, including Crohn's disease, rheumatism, hypothyroidism, lip and lymphedema, permanent tinitus, severe obesity, fatty liver, gallstones, Long Covid, hypertension, etc....
I am 59 years old and I wanted quality of life again.
And this has improved considerably since I have been at the Academy.
I am fitter, now 13 kilos lighter (without ever having to starve myself). My cholesterol levels have improved significantly, and my lipoedema, lymphoedema and rheumatic pains have

Is there anything better than being healthy? My husband and I didn't have too big a health issue, but big enough to say I need to change something now or else.....

Since I have been dealing with the topics of health and nutrition for many years, I was initially a little skeptical about the coaching. However, I was able to gain a lot of knowledge and get rid of most of my symptoms within a few weeks. For the rest, it still needs time and a little discipline. If you are at the limits of your health, Marcel is the right person for you. I like his positive manner and how he passes on his enormous knowledge with always good humor. He is motivating and you feel in good hands with him.
