Mr. Winzer succeeded in sensitizing me as a person with the training so that I can realize dicey situations at work and in everyday life more quickly in words and body language and be prepared internally. The practical relevance is also extremely helpful. Should be compulsory once a year.

Recommendation
Mr. Winzer motivated all participants to get involved in the training, which was not difficult for any of us! It was a casual, relaxed and open-minded atmosphere, which made it much easier to practise these "role plays"... He seemed very well prepared and was able to convey it clearly! Since there are daily conflicts in different areas, it is important to recognize this and to deal with it in a practiced way, to handle it better, to defuse it! This training is necessary in order to be able to face the opponent in a trained manner and avoid escalation!

A very competent and helpful seminar on the subject of de-escalation. With great practical exercises to implement in reality. I learned a lot and unfortunately would have implemented many things differently beforehand, not to my advantage. Very exciting design. You really got carried away and the time passed very quickly.
