Maria-Theresa Schinnerl not only impressed our small group of small and medium-sized Salzburg entrepreneurs with an extremely authentic and lively keynote on the topic of service quality, but also impressed us afterwards as a charming and competent moderator of our panel discussion on the supposedly contradictory topic of AI/digitalization. An all-round successful evening with satisfied guests ;)

I was lucky enough to attend an industry event organized by the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce at the Kavalierhaus and listen to Ms. Schinnerl.
Ms. Schinnerl's presentation on the topic of service quality was extremely informative and practical. The large number of practical examples she provided was particularly impressive. She managed to get to the heart of the essential aspects of service quality - the proverbial "nail on the head".

Even I, as a self-confessed technology junkie, was convinced that despite all the technical innovations, friendliness in service is still of the utmost importance.
