Since June 2014 I am working successfully as a Coach at the Kikxxl GmbH in Dortmund, Germany. My field of work is mostly the training and Coaching of our Agents. Also I am responsible for a team of 12 Customer Service Agents. The operating range... is from customer recovery, up- and crossselling in the B2C area for a big german company in the field of communications.
I possess both, a completed training as a foreign sales clerk, as well as a completed training as ab assistant for media and information services. Though my former employments at QVC and the Jobcenter I excell in the field of customer care, either via phone or in person. In my previous jobs I have, among other thingsm the performed these tasks:
• Customer Care ( included complaint management )
• Professional and personal guidance of employees
• Coaching staff and identifying personal training needs
• Conducting employee interviews
• Creating of training material
• Inquiry and tracing of project metrics
