Our cases were not so simple: we first wanted 100% financing for the apartment and a few years later 110% financing for the house. In the case of the house, we first took the financing consultant from the broker. He was not even able to take the apartment as collateral, so we hired Mr. Berchtold again. He managed to get the interest rates 1.00% better, which of course saved us a lot of money at 600T€. We were also in a Zeitlicher emergency, the bank commitment was within 2 weeks on the table, which saved us. Not every financing consultant is a financing consultant, but Mr. Berchtold is a real professional. I can only recommend!

Mr. Berchtold gave us great advice when we bought our first own apartment. He took away all our fears with his great advice. In advance he told us all the documents we needed for the financing, so we had a head start when the bank requested the documents. He took his time and informed us about the different financing options. In doing so, Mr. Berchtold looked at all of our financial investments and also respected our wishes as to which funds we did not want to contribute to the financing (because of his advice, we were able to receive a retroactive interest rate on an old savings and loan agreement that our savings and loan association had "overlooked"). He answered all questions that arose. Mr. Berchtold obtained financing offers according to our wishes. We sent the documents for the bank to him and he forwarded them to them. He informed us about the bank's loan approval in advance, even before the loan agreement was available to us in writing. He went through the loan agreement with us in a personal meeting, explained everything again (including technical jargon) and sorted the documents. He then immediately sent the documents for the bank. He also forwarded the application for the land register for the bank directly to the notary. Mr. Berchtold informed us exactly about the process of the purchase, was always there for our questions. When documents for our apartment were missing, he gave us the decisive tip on how to obtain them without complications. Even beyond the conclusion of the loan agreement, Mr. Berchtold has been our contact person.
