Very good advice in advance about possibilities and problems, even with multiple changing wishes for execution. Transparent cost estimate, the budget was met. Punctual execution, possible deadline postponements were discussed in good time (but were not necessary). Friendly employees who left the construction site tidy. I will gladly use R&B again! :)
