I was allowed to attend the training "Solution- & Goal-oriented communication" and I am impressed with the passion and manner with which Martin Lengefeld conveyed all the content.

Until this training I was rather prejudiced against communication trainings, as I had not experienced such an exciting communication training before. Now my opinion has changed and I can highly recommend this training and the trainer/coach. Thank you Marting Lengefeld.

From the beginning, Martin has created a relaxed atmosphere, you notice directly that he has an incredible amount of experience and passes on his knowledge with passion. The one or other funny anecdote from his life round off the training. Highly recommended!

I got to know Martin for two days as a lecturer in a CAS at a university of applied sciences; therefore I can say little about him as a 1:1 coach.
As a lecturer: very pleasant person with humor and finesse and even more experience.

When I signed up for this course, I had a clear goal in mind. I wanted to improve the way I communicate, by making my speech effective and clear for audience.
During the course I realized that what I knew, all the concepts I got in touch from time to time in the past, were fuzzy and not crystalized.
Keeping it in mind, it reached my target, met the requirements and even more, for instance, now I know how to handle better difficult situations and avoid conflicts.
The theoretical aspects of the exercise were always doubled by concrete examples and the content was well structured.
Apart from it, what I loved the most was the dynamic and engaging atmosphere created by lecturer. I highly recommend Martin's course.

What impresses me the most about Martin is the fact that he teaches and coaches by example, in the sense that he acts and behaves according to what he teaches. He's really connected to the group and always paying attention to the needs of the people he has in front of him. His attention to details and keen sense of observation make him a great trainer and role model.
