My evaluation refers to Ms. Jelena Bauer, who has been looking after us very carefully and really well for many years. Overall, the family's business relationship with Gothaer is over 60 years old and has always run top. I can also judge it, as an insurance specialist myself with a lot of field service experience. I can only say "Keep up the good work" and stay with us for a long time.

Mit Frau Baedorf hat man eine kompetente Ansprechpartnerin an der Seite, die sich um jedes Anliegen kümmert und immer verlässlich zurückmeldet, sollte mal eine Frage aufkommen. Sie unterstützt einen im Schadensfall persönlich, anstatt auf irgendwelche Hotlines oder Webseiten zu verweisen.

Ausserdem ist sie stets bemüht ein passendes Produkt für Ihre Kunden herauszusuchen und rät auch offen von Dingen ab, die für den jeweiligen Kunden keinen Sinn machen würden. Kurzum: man fühlt sich gut betreut und nicht über den Tisch gezogen!
