The employees are simply great. The boss, Mr. Ruhstaller, is a man you can talk to and also makes things possible if it is feasible. The company is also very good at dealing with factual complaints. The removal of Martinas was very expeditious, everything was handled with the best care, we were very satisfied, also the men from the removal team were very nice, worked great !
We would recommend Martinas anytime. A week after the move, we still had some things to dispose of, this was also done quickly and expeditiously.
Four weeks ago I moved with my 3.5 room apartment and had everything packed for the first time. Was all done very well and nothing went to break. Which was then a challenge in the new apartment to find everything again, since I did not label the boxes myself. My tip: You would have to have a better system to keep a better overview with the customer in advance.
This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have had a move done with Martinas.
