Massivhaus Rhein-Lahn

After intensive research and comparison of various solid house providers, we decided to build our dream house with Massivhaus Rhein-Lahn. We had a very trustworthy and professional impression right from the start. The initial consultation was extremely informative and very well prepared. Great importance was attached to the customer's wishes and nothing was talked out of it. Together, we developed an iterative individual house plan with initial visualizations before placing a binding order. We were able to get a very good impression of the construction quality during a site inspection. Another plus point for us was that Massivhaus Rhein-Lahn already has established processes and contacts (energy consultants) for the low-interest KFW program "Climate-friendly building with QNG". Many thanks at this point to Mr. Preusser, who competently supported us in this first important phase, was always available and quickly took care of our questions/concerns. We are very much looking forward to the upcoming construction phase.

Massivhaus Rhein-Lahn has fully convinced us in all areas: competence, transparency, consultation and communication, motivation of the employees and the quality of the execution!

Consulting: We had a very competent and pleasant consultant who took a lot of time for us during the meetings.
It may sound trivial, but we were really listened to during the consultation about the ideas and wishes behind our floor plan ideas.
We always had the feeling in contact with the consultant, the architect and the other employees that we were understood and that the contact persons were really interested in our cause.
I emphasize this because we also had discussions with another solid construction company from the region and experienced the opposite there.
The advice was competent and really transparent! There were always short response times and we got a detailed offer and time to decide.
We also received assistance, for example, in correctly estimating the ancillary construction costs during financial planning. To this day, it shows that we have put our trust in the right construction company.

Architectural performance and implementation planning: Our architect and planner also did a very good job and brought our ideas to an optimal floor plan/detailed planning. We would like to emphasize the particularly good communication and expertise. We have always heard from our contact persons the soothing sentence "You can always call me" - and as a builder, many questions arise.
The employees were very motivated to do everything right for us within the framework of the circumstances or to work out good solutions when there were technical limits or specifications of the development plan.

Construction phase: The sampling was detailed and all recommendations for partners (financing, kitchen builder, plumbing, earthworks) were top notch.
Now the shell is almost finished and we can only say good things about the execution. Our construction manager takes very good care of our building project and has everything very well in view.
The organization runs smoothly and we can always reach him or are called back shortly afterwards.
The shell builders from Massivhaus Rhein-Lahn work very diligently and neatly. We have a really good impression of the quality of the construction work.

It can go on like this! We are already insanely looking forward to our house!

After long research and discussions with many construction companies, we have now decided on Massivhaus Rhein-Lahn. We were enthusiastic about the competent and binding advice from Mr. Preusser, who was always able to give us well-founded and timely statements. We also found it very good that we were introduced to various contacts (references, construction manager, energy consultant) in order to clarify further questions. Our wishes were well taken into account in advance, so that we now think we have a good starting point for further action.

We were very satisfied with the personal support from our consultant (Mr. Preusser). The deadlines were always met, communication happened quickly and smoothly, the information was always fetched at the right time. The signatures were set, now the construction starts.

We were particularly satisfied with the sales consultant. Mr. Ahlemeyer took a lot of time and was always available. Even late in the evening and on weekends. He also organized an architect who did the construction planning. When the first architect gave up because he thought the building project was not feasible, he had a second architect on hand. This one made the almost impossible possible in the end. That was simply great and can hardly be surpassed by anything else. Also Mr. Thiessen as a construction manager has always taken ample time when we had questions. We also got appointments with him after his working hours. Otherwise everything is good. We are satisfied. They take time for our concerns and are willing to explain and inform. We can not make a 100 percent assessment of the craftsmen. It is partly because of the language and partly because we did not meet one or the other craftsman. This should not diminish the professional competence of the craftsmen. In our opinion, the quality is good. In the beginning, some things went wrong. As a result, the construction project was delayed. It is also a difficult building site. Narrow, border development, one-way street and hardly any parking. Also the weather did not always cooperate as we would have needed it. In January, therefore, it was also not possible to work. Even though not everything went smoothly, we are generally satisfied. With certain documents it takes a little longer, e.g. with the filling out of the form for the net connection electricity or the sheet more and less achievements. Here one could become more active. However, these are small things. Overall, everything is GOOD.

We have built a house once again as retirees. We became aware of the company through satisfied builders.
With a little luck we had found the right company and are very satisfied with our house construction.
The price - performance ratio was fine, because only always flawless materials were offered and used. Clean work!!

We completed a rather complex construction project just on schedule (buffers were all gone by the end) and with only minor defects, which were also rectified quite quickly. Compared to the problems and experiences of other builders from the circle of acquaintances, we are not only satisfied, but even very satisfied.
The possibility of directly contracting additional services with the subcontractors is very good. Sometimes the subcontractors take advantage of this to make excessive offers, i.e. these additional offers should be checked or negotiated well. I was particularly positively surprised by the good quality assurance provided by the construction manager and the TÜV. Both crawled into all corners and presented the craftsmen (fortunately only minor defects) for processing in writing. I had asked an additional architect from the neighborhood to go through again conclusively. Despite intensive search he could not find another point.

What we would do better next time (Regardless of whether you build with Passivhaus Rhein Lahn or other providers): Specify the bathrooms better from the start, i.e. include objects, tub, fixtures, etc. right away, or else agree on the www.Reuter.de-Preise for the sanitary area. The standard in the bath range is somewhat simple and the surcharges with the sanitary offerers bring everyone to the despair (for the standard toilet one gets 100 euro credited, the next cheaper model with cover costs then immediately 400 euro). If necessary, you still get some discount, but this rip-off of the providers like Köbig and others is really hard to bear.

Year of manufacture 2008

Have built our terraced corner house in 2013/14 with Massivhaus Rhein-Lahn and are still completely satisfied. Can recommend MRL all around.
