I am smoke-free after one treatment (about 8 months ago) and sometimes I can't believe it myself. Before that I smoked for 20 years and had many unsuccessful attempts. I think what hypnosis has brought me above all is a deep understanding of addiction and the harmfulness of smoking. Before, I knew that smoking was harmful, as did everyone, but it didn't seem to have really sunk in.

I went to Matthias about 2 years ago and have never touched a cigarette again. The first few days after hypnosis, I always shook myself and said bääähhh out loud when I thought about a cigarette. After about 3 weeks I only thought the bähhh. After about 3 months, I no longer thought about smoking at all. We like to sit in the garden in summer and have "smoking" visitors. That doesn't bother me at all. I tend to walk away a bit because I don't like the smell at all.
I have often recommended the hypnosis method to others and 2 friends have already managed it. Unfortunately, the rest have not yet felt the need to stop.
I am still totally thrilled!!!
Now I have signed up again for hypnosis against sugar addiction. As I love chocolate so much and always have to finish the bar I've started😡, I'm very excited to see if it works🍀

Matthias was empathetic and professional at the same time. I haven't smoked for over 5 months now and our preliminary talk and hypnosis were very effective. When I had the feeling the next day that I couldn't stand it without cigarettes, Matthias spontaneously told me to come to him again (at no extra cost). He talked to me again for about an hour and took away my fear of relapsing.
Since then I have had no problems giving up smoking and can even sit outside next to smokers and, although I find the smell pleasant, I don't feel like reaching for a cigarette.

I have tried to stop smoking several times. Unfortunately I didn't succeed no matter what I tried. In November 23 I went to Matthias for hypnosis. After 3 hours of therapy I was a non-smoker. I didn't think it would really work. Now it's January and I'm still a proud non-smoker. I have already recommended Matthias several times. The experience was extraordinary. After 35 years and 20 cigarettes a day, I was looking for a way that I had not yet tried to quit. There was little optimism left - after all, I had already successfully quit several times :) Then I decided to undergo hypnosis with Mr. Bär.
For 7 months - nothing - no more cravings.
The wonderful thing for me is that I didn't become one of those militant anti-(ex-)smokers, that was really a fear. My husband still smokes as he always has - I don't mind. We go to bars where people smoke - I don't mind.
I was able to get over my last bad cold much better - I put that down to abstinence from cigarettes.
Thank you very much and I can recommend the treatment to others who are interested.
I wish Mr. Bär all the best, especially good health.

Thanks to hypnosis by Matthias Bär, I have been smoke-free for 8 months now. The best thing about it, it was so easy. I haven't had a craving for a cigarette since! If you really want to quit smoking, you should definitely try hypnosis. I can only recommend Mr. Bär. You notice immediately that he is a professional! He picks you up where you are as a smoker and he understands how to take away the fear of quitting.

Thanks to Matthias, I am a happy non-smoker since March 2023, after smoking very heavily for over 20 years. After several attempts of my own to stop smoking, I also wanted to give hypnosis a chance, but honestly did not imagine it "so easy" when I think about how I had struggled with the previous attempts.
Besides the hypnosis, the conversation with Matthias also helped me a lot to get involved in what was coming, but also to find out what smoking means (has meant) to me and why I don't need it anymore. Matthias is very empathetic and created a great trusting atmosphere in which I felt very comfortable. I also found the aftercare from him very motivating and helpful. I am still very grateful to Matthias and glad that I took this step.

I can recommend Matthias 100%! I booked a smoking cessation hypnosis with him and have now been smoke-free for over six months. I also have no desire to smoke and can only say that the hypnosis method works. Matthias is very professional and explains the process very well beforehand. The session itself is very pleasant and runs quite relaxed.
I can well imagine consulting Matthias on other topics as well.

I could not believe, even though a friend recommended it, that hypnosis could help you really quit smoking. I have tried before so many times to quit smoking and could not succeed, even though I would rather consider myself as a very determined person.
