The personal concerns were taken very seriously and the personal commitment to lead out of the distress went into the weekend.
Encouraging and uplifting conversations from all employees, as well as from Mr. Maiwald himself are remarkable! Quick responses to inquiries. Always eager to help when things get stuck. Even congratulations and holiday greetings were sent. We felt very well looked after.

The care provided by the agency Maiwald was very friendly, ready, flexible and efficient. The caregiver was also a nice person and professionally very competent.- However, it would be desirable that the mediating agency is located near the residence of the person to be cared for and that a professionally experienced employee - also in times of pandemic - gets a personal impression of the situation. The 24-hour care model is not suitable for every care situation, which inexperienced relatives do not realize.-The ratio of administrative costs to remuneration for the caregiver is not made transparent, but seems to be very much to the advantage of administrative costs.

We will be happy to take your suggestions regarding the cost structure into discussion with our partners, as we also do not have any insight into the billing of the individual support staff for data protection reasons. However, there may be a way to improve the presentation of this information in line with data protection requirements.

We are also grateful for your words of praise, although we were not directly on site in your environment. It was also very difficult for us, especially in the pandemic time to organize the staff and to maintain the care and we are all the more grateful that it has worked well with you.

In the agency of Mr. Maiwald, the excellent caregivers were paid properly
Previously had an agency for about 2900, - / month. Employees were great, but only got 700,- / month. Consequence. Constant change of personnel. Would have stayed with the agency if my mother had not passed away.

Mr. Maiwald is very competent, absolutely reliable and obliging and was a very big support for us in a difficult time due to his affectionate, empathetic and always friendly manner. We have never felt left alone by him and his great team, really always came in the shortest time the requested callback and already a few days after the hospitalization of my father-in-law, the care was organized in the best way and to our complete satisfaction!
