Maren was able to help me a lot with my blockages regarding my business development.
I was able to understand myself and my inner self much better through the hypnosis session. I was not aware of how much my subconscious controlled and blocked me.
I can now approach things much more freely, joyfully and easily. I am "back to myself", I feel more authentic and self-confident.

I felt immediately welcome and in good hands with Maren with her warm manner! The hypnosis was an incredibly great, transformative experience! My issue was to release fears (including fear of flying) and I was able to fly on vacation after the treatment without fear and without sedative drops, that felt incredibly great. I also notice a significant change in other areas of my life, for example when giving a lecture (always extremely nervous before, completely calm and relaxed afterwards), for all the changes I am very grateful to Maren! I would come again and again!

Hyponosis has enabled me to access my childhood experience and thus my childhood guiding principles and action motivations/survival strategies from the subconscious, which were not accessible to me with other methods.
And also and especially through the guidance, impulses and confidence of the therapist, the sometimes also painful personality development has finally succeeded, the increasingly positive thoughts change the emotions and cause the centering on the inside, the turning away from the outside.
For me, hyponosis has brought about a fundamental change in the system, which is expressed in a positive appreciative attitude towards life.
I am deeply touched and grateful for this therapeutic method.

I felt super comfortable with Maren right away. Maren takes a lot of time and I find it especially great that she is still available afterwards and helps at any time. Maren has helped so much and I am infinitely grateful and glad that I met Maren and did the sessions with her. The sessions have absolutely changed me for the better and I would do it again anytime. It is an indescribable feeling when the problems stop and you feel free again.

Maren is really a great person and has also developed a very great coordinated concept with "Me Time". The preparation, the session and the commitment after the appointment are perfectly coordinated and I felt well taken care of and comfortable at all times. I am rather the critical type, what concerns hypnosis etc. and was accordingly skeptical whether Maren can keep her statements. However, in this case I am really more than impressed by the result.
In just one session Maren managed to loosen my emotional bond between food and experience and after only a short time I have a very relaxed approach to my diet.
In addition, the relationship was trusting and personal at all times. You can tell that she likes to help.
In conclusion, I can say that this mind-change, which was so quick, is worth much more to me than the money I spent on it. It is a real game changer and I can only recommend it to everyone.

After reading numerous books, listening to podcasts, or therapy(topic self-esteem) Maren has been able to help me incredibly in such a short time. I just felt comfortable and go out with so many new insights and a much better self-esteem already strengthened after the first hypnosis session that I am already very much looking forward to the second round. Especially well liked and helped me also the follow-up talks by me also many practical "Tools" were given to the hand, so that I could master much more relaxed and with more confidence, even for me previously unpleasant situations. It's great that there are people like Maren who love what they do and give other people so much more quality of life.

I did three sessions with dear Maren and was really surprised what situations from the past came out there and how they negatively affect my life. By breaking down the situations in hypnosis and the great recordings Maren made for repeated listening, I was able to change my old patterns into new, positive ones. I have always felt very well taken care of and in the weekly calls Maren has also always given me new great impulses. I am very grateful to her for this 🥰.

Although I have already done quite a bit in my personal development, I was amazed at how deeply Maren's session brought me. I made a shift out of the victim attitude. I understood and felt where the old pain comes from, and that I am allowed to let it go, or transform it. Because of the audio meditation that was given with the session and the loving follow up from Maren, the session was totally rounded and sustainable. I felt safe, comfortable and valued at all times. The contact with Maren came about through mutual friends and I am so grateful for the encounter. The package Maren has put together for her clients and her professional, approachable and trustworthy manner make for an absolutely impressive result.
The first changes occurred for me almost immediately after the first session. The longer the experience from the session can sink in, the more intense the changes become.
Maren patiently answered my questions about hypnosis before the session and also looked after me very caringly during the hypnosis. The results speak for themselves, accompany me every day and give me back wind every day.
The aftercare that goes on beyond the session provides room for follow-up questions and is a truly profitable part of Maren's package. I am happy that chance has allowed our paths to cross and I know for a fact that every person is in the best hands with Maren.

I came across me.time on a recommendation and asked Maren for an appointment out of curiosity. During the meeting alone, I had goose bumps and felt directly that it fits very well between the two of us. Since I came to me.time as a small total package, Maren took intensive time and tailored everything individually to me - I felt directly that this is exactly the right way.
