Yes, there is often a long queue until you finally get through to a customer advisor. However, they have all been very friendly and helpful so far. I just had a very pleasant, extremely friendly, funny and also uplifting conversation with Mr. Herbig, who really made my day and that's why I'm naming him here and sending him my best regards again.

The advice was really good and the dispatch worked well, but the administration is not quite up to scratch. If someone sends me an e-mail with the sender "Accounting", it gets shoved into the spam mailbox and I don't even get to read it

For some time now, cooperation has no longer been possible, since on the one hand the responsible clerks are no longer there and on the other hand replacements don't answer the phone. If you do, you end up in a "switchboard" that can't even connect you and you have to wait for a callback. Of course, you have nothing else to do but wait for a callback.
