The advice was really good and the dispatch worked well, but the administration is not quite up to scratch. If someone sends me an e-mail with the sender "Accounting", it gets shoved into the spam mailbox and I don't even get to read it

If you do, you end up in a "switchboard" that can't even connect you and you have to wait for a callback. Of course, you have nothing else to do but wait for a callback.
