Recommendation
Only when something doesn't go as planned do you realize how good a service is. In my case, the shipping service did not deliver the package on time. However, Mediaheld was in constant communication with both the parcel service and me and always kept me up to date. The smartphone for mobile Internet arrived the next day. The device was in very good condition and - as ordered - ready for immediate use. My impression: The service is friendly, customer-oriented and obliging. I can definitely recommend Mediaheld.

We rented several laptops with mice for a training session. In advance, these were set up with programs from Mediaheld. The delivery and pickup went smoothly. All laptops worked perfectly. The complete process from start to finish was satisfactory. Gladly again.

The extensive service and the nice contact with the staff was great. There was a quick response to our very short notice request, the requirements were recorded and everything was delivered within 24h. The delivery and collection of the computers at different locations worked without any problems. Many thanks for the good and professional cooperation.

I needed a laptop at short notice to quickly fulfill my urgent tasks. The PC was provided the same day. I was also able to extend the rental period without any problems. The friendly team at Mediaheld was also very flexible in terms of arranging times for handing over and returning the laptop. I can only recommend Mediaheld without reservation. It could hardly be easier, faster and cheaper.
