Our health center gets people of all ages moving on three levels.
In the outpatient rehabilitation center, we work daily in physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy to help our patients recover. ...With specialized muscle-building training, extended outpatient physical therapy (EAP), FPZ training and other programs, we care for our patients beyond normal therapy.
Connected to our therapy area is our health-oriented gym on the first floor.
Using fully automated equipment (EGym), we work preventively on muscle imbalances and create an individual and targeted training plan for our members.
The extensive course program includes spinal gymnastics, Pilates, abdominal-leg buttocks, Zumba, pelvic floor gymnastics, yoga, postnatal gymnastics, rehabilitation sports and much more.
Those who like to go to the sauna after training or therapy can relax in our wellness area. A 90 and a 60 degree sauna provide the necessary relaxation.
Our goal is to provide people with lifelong training through fun and good care from the health professional to maintain a high quality of life for a long time.
My daughter has been going to occupational therapy since October. A super, nice and competent team that always greets you with a smile. You always feel welcome here. Keep it up 👍🏻

Thanks to the professional care in the rehab area (FPZ and KGG), I avoided surgery, and in the fitness area and in the power plant, I can strengthen my muscles and thereby also my immune system in the long term.
