To secure our loan, we sought advice from Mr. Sbarra and also took out term life insurance and a disability insurance policy with him. Mr. Sbarra was very open and made every effort to find the right products for us (no exclusion/extra charge for motorcycling, for example). The price-performance ratio is very good in our eyes, Mr. Sbarra has a wide range of providers. We will certainly contact Mr. Sbarra again for further insurance.

My supplementary health insurance was raised substantially for the coming year and the benefits included were not particularly good. Mr. Alber offered me various solutions and explained the various benefits to me very clearly and simply.

In addition, I was completely overwhelmed by my pension insurance and how it had developed in recent years. Here too, Mr. Alber's extremely friendly manner and structured way of working explained everything to me very simply.

Praise for Mr. Tim Albers:
I was particularly satisfied with the commitment and competence of the Sparda employee Mr. Tim Albers (responsible for my Sparda insurance policies).
Although I thought that neither the residential building nor the household contents insurance taken out through Sparda would apply to my claim, Mr. Albers proved me wrong.
He submitted my claim to R+V Versicherung and took excellent care of it until it was successfully concluded.
In other words:
Through Mr. Albers, my bill of € 1150 was taken over by R+V and I was not left with the bill.
