Recommendation
All trades were very well coordinated from a single source and the schedule was adhered to. If questions or problems arose, advice was given and action taken in a targeted manner. The commitment of the project manager to the agreements as well as the friendliness, professional competence and reliability of all tradesmen and those involved was particularly positive. The cost estimates were largely adhered to with only minor deviations, which I have also experienced quite differently with other companies.

The week before last, the time had come - my apartment got a complete new coat of paint! And the best thing was that I could continue to live there while the work was being done.
I can only say, anytime again with this great company!
Really great service, super clean building site and extremely nice, competent staff. From the consultation to the execution, everything went as agreed, and in the end a great result all round. I'm happy 🥰

We recently had part of our plinth renovated. We would like to share our experiences with you.

After we were not convinced by the advice of a market companion, we sought a second opinion from Sachs. We were completely convinced from the very first minute! The experience and expertise were immediately noticeable!

As a result, we awarded the contract to Sachs without a comparative offer.

The work was then carried out by an employee on the agreed date to our complete satisfaction. When handling the tools and materials, you can feel that the employee not only knows his job, but also enjoys doing it! Our building site was left absolutely clean and was also always clean and tidy during the work.

We paid the bill today and we were very happy to do so in this case! The quote beforehand was calculated in such a way that we didn't incur any higher costs afterwards. On the contrary, the actual work was less, so that the invoice was lower than the calculated offer price.

We will be contacting Sachs again next year when we tackle the second part of the plinth and probably also the entire façade! Until then, we will not tire of sharing our very positive experiences.
