I support managers so that they can change from being tamers to animators, so that employees can develop into co-thinkers. If desired, my dogs, the Leadership Dogs, support me in this. We take the muzzle off people, so that leadership and communication can be successful in the future and New Work can be experienced.
The workshop on our vision with our team was a complete success. We are now all looking in the same direction and have found our "why" and can thus pursue our goals. The whole team was involved and it was really fun and the team success came within a very short time. We can absolutely recommend Melanie Ebert!
I ambushed Melanie with an employee workshop that was urgent in terms of time. She accepted the challenge spontaneously, took my requirements ad hoc and also very quickly requested the necessary information/documents from me in order to prepare the workshop in a targeted manner. The workshop was a complete success, gave me the desired and much needed result and I am very happy to have Melanie involved here. Thank you very much ! Gladly again at any time !
Unfortunately, the seminars could only take place online. Unfortunately, open discussions and conversations come too short. Next time I hope for a face-to-face course :-)
Melanie Ebert addressed all of our topics very well during the workshop and, with her Leadership Dogs, once again provided clarity, structure and exchange in our leadership team. We all felt well taken care of and could very well imagine a continuation of the workshop for our team.
I liked the open and relaxed manner.
The group work got me further, but was a little too much for my taste.
All in all, a very successful and interesting event.
Goes into every topic, asks questions, a lot of background knowledge, flexible course (depending on the topic of the participants), definitely recommendable!

I knew my goals beforehand and how to deal with them, but despite all that, it took me a little further. She was totally open and relaxed which made me feel very comfortable.
The WAU effect is guaranteed. I am already very excited about the book "Leadership without a leash". We will definitely do the next teambuilding activity with the dogs again.
