I had reached a mental dead end and was looking for a coach who would work with me to change my attitude and help me develop a different perspective. What can I say, it worked. With the Walk and Talk coaching, I was able to allow new thoughts while running, put myself and my needs in the foreground again and also break down inner barriers. The result is great, because I noticed a change after every session. It was particularly helpful to develop my own phrase, which from now on always reminds me of my strength.

Ms. Kubala had a clear concept in conducting her seminar, which she, however, always very skillfully adapted and refined to the developing circumstances. She guided the participants in a very free framework and attached great importance to a mutual exchange of experiences, but without losing sight of the given objectives. Through her clear and structured way of working as well as her friendly, calm but nevertheless inspiring personality, she managed to make the participants work out many of the necessary solutions themselves and thus remember them longer. I therefore unreservedly recommend Ms. Kubala's training sessions/seminars and will share them with other members of my staff.

Review for six months coaching with Melanie

The six-month coaching with Melanie was an extremely enriching experience for me. During this time I was able to gain a lot of insights about myself, which finally made my central professional goals and preferences clear to me again, and what competencies I have within me for this. Melanie proved to be an extremely competent, empathetic and open coach who supported me on my journey and provided valuable insights.


One aspect I realized during the coaching is my attitude towards the spotlight. Melanie helped me to accept that I am not a rambunctious person and that it is perfectly okay. She encouraged me to focus on my strengths and not seek external validation. This realization strengthened my self-acceptance and helped me solidify my confidence.

Another important topic we covered was my powers of persuasion. I realized that I can only be successful if I really stand behind the things and issues I advocate. Melanie helped me clarify my beliefs and values and build on them to improve my sales skills.

During the coaching process, I continually emphasized my willingness to take responsibility. Melanie supported me in developing this characteristic and aligning my professional profile with it. She helped me to identify and strengthen my skills and strengths in relation to areas of responsibility.

One area in which I would like to remain involved is digitization. Thanks to my current position, I feel comfortable in this area and appreciate the varied work environment as well as the collaboration with my colleagues. Melanie encouraged me to pursue this passion and possibly aim for a job with a foreign focus, as I have many years of experience and high intercultural competence.

Regarding my current project, I realized that I was no longer sufficiently motivated and would like to hand it over. Melanie supported me in the decision-making process and helped me to realize that my true interests lie in a different area. She helped me point out the benefits of such a task, such as the direct collaboration with internal stakeholders, the connection to the hardware and the short-term value-creating potential.

Overall, coaching with Melanie was extremely valuable and helped me gain clarity on my career goals and preferences. Her support and expertise have helped me to know myself better and now be more intentional about my career path. I am deeply grateful to Melanie for her insightful guidance and highly recommend her as a coach.

I came to Melanie when I was in a low point professionally and also privately. The first telephone contact with Melanie confirmed me to do the coaching with her.

The concept of "Walk and Talk" inspired me from the beginning.
In the first hour, Melanie gave me a positive feeling right from the start, so that it was easy for me to open up and describe my current situation as authentically as possible.

As time went on, I was able to build more and more trust with Melanie. My personal development was mostly positive. We were able to get a setback in one appointment back on track through an intensive exchange and situation analysis.

It was a great teambuilding event: very creative, entertaining and great adapted to the situation. Melanie and her partner often spontaneously decided on the next exercise and thus set the event apart from the usual 0815 team building events. After the two entertaining days, our team actually felt like one for the 1st time in decades and we are all in good spirits that it will stay that way. Thank you for your very valuable work with us!
