It was a new experience for me and I pushed myself to my limits. With Meli's help, I managed to surpass myself and the impressions on the mountains are irreplaceable 👍
The second day should be made a little less strenuous, at least for people who are normally fit. I can recommend Meli, she knows her job.

Meli is such a fine person, with so much knowledge about nature and people, she brings passion and enthusiasm and is open to any inspiration. She infects others with her joy and empowers us women in particular by laughing at mistakes and showing us where our strengths lie. (She's just a bit too strict with herself) but there's still a lot of potential for development. In any case, I'm delighted to have met her and I'm sure it won't be the last time I'm out and about with her. Jutta

The Women-Offline Outdoor Camp was the best experience of its kind so far. The program put together by Meli was perfect, lots of new and useful information, tips and suggestions. The group size, the group, the exchange, the experiences, the community and the fun, all together...a wonderful and eventful weekend. I look forward to a repeat and a reunion next year.

I have registered to gain my first experience in the mountains? What gradients can I manage well? What are the stumbling blocks in terms of weather, routes, terrain and what do I need and what don't I need?

I have learned how a hut hike works in principle and what the framework data is, i.e. how many kilometers and at what gradient and weather conditions I set off.

That there were different challenges in the tours and that I was able to start planning with confidence and without much responsibility of my own in order to get an idea.

The hiking event was a great change of perspective, but also a perfect opportunity to experience a new adventure and gain an insight into the whole mountain world for people like me who have never had any experience of it before.

Meli is genuine and authentic and she loves the mountains and good food! The perfect mix to climb the mountains with her as a guide.

I was able to take part in a wonderful hike "With all senses". The combination of the forest, meditation and mindfulness immediately brought me down. I was super relaxed after just a few minutes and did several things for the first time in these 90 minutes. Great! :) Thank you very much, dear Melli

I approached Meli because of my fear of heights. Having already completed several courses with other trainers, I needed new input. Contacting her was straightforward, so we were able to meet quickly at Zoom. Meli listens patiently and empathetically, she had good tips and new ideas on how I can tackle and hopefully conquer my fear. Now it's up to me. Thank you so much!

In my eyes, Meli is the perfect companion if you are longing for change, both internally and externally.
It is important to her:
"You determine the goal" :)
Unbelievable what has changed in 3 months of online coaching: even the goal.

I was able to get my body in shape through crisp workouts, so that the maximum could be gotten out in the shortest amount of time. Meli was also totally responsive to my handicaps in the selection of exercises.

Because of Meli's honest, funny and direct way, my low-lights (as Meli calls them) were the beginning of cool solutions every week.

We didn't just shape the body, but personality building, and with Meli by your side, you know the journey is never over.... She herself gives insight into her struggles, which makes her a real heart person.

Meli is also my first choice for the next coaching.

I have completed almost 8 months of 1:1 fitness coaching with Meli. Meli is a real power woman and I am insanely happy to have met her! Together we developed an individual fitness training and she gave me many helpful tips and tricks in terms of nutrition, minimum, motivation, etc.. The weekly coaching sessions were not only an important support for me in the weight loss and fitness process, but an appointment I looked forward to every time and from which I could draw a lot of input and new energy. Through her empathetic and cheerful manner, Meli manages to create an open and trusting atmosphere in which you feel comfortable and can open up. I have achieved an incredible amount in this time and have come a huge step closer to my goals. I can unreservedly recommend Meli and regret not having contacted her much earlier ;-)

We have experienced a 4-day hiking tour with Meli & group and I can only warmly recommend everyone to choose a hiking tour with Meli! ☺️

She is an experienced, always in a good mood, empathetic and super organized hiking guide! 👍Meli pays attention to the safety, needs and wishes of all participants - I felt comfortable and well taken care of at all times.

You could pester Meli with questions and she always had interesting info and answers at the ready - her love for the mountains is simply palpable. 🏔️✨

Meli is a mega sympathetic woman🥰.
After three days in the Tyrolean Kalkkögeln with workout on the mountain, first aid training, orientation, map reading and a great group (the glorious "puffing" 7) we feel really "fit for the mountain" ! The booked "Adolf Pichler Hut" rounded off our mountain experience with all kinds of delicacies from the women power kitchen.
With charm and a cool morning warm-up routine Meli has welded us together as a group and more than met my expectations. Strengthened by Meli's experience, a week later we are already on another summit! A recommendation for all sports enthusiasts and mountain lovers! And those who still want to become one.

Meli is a super sympathetic power woman. I had the feeling that she has all her expertise non-stop in your head and constantly incorporates it into the conversations and plans, etc.. She certainly knows what she is doing and what I needed to do to reach my goal.

I would never have dreamed of understanding a hiking map and compass, learning first aid on the mountain, bird identification apps and in general all sorts of things about mountains, flora, fauna educational & didactic to learn on this tour.
... what awesome (summit) photos she shot of her troop and shared in a WhatsApp group with publication I.O.'s,
... with how much heart and soul and authentic commitment she went off with us and her work,
... how reliable, punctual, and eicht competent she is.
Great traveling cinema, dear Meli! If it fits temporally, we run in any case again with you. We will have a lot of fun again, I am convinced of it. Simona.
