I got to know Michael Künzl back in 2014 through my employer and was immediately impressed - 10 years later, I can confirm that he was right about everything back then! In the meantime, I have undergone coaching with Michael and the added value has long since paid off - "simply more sales" - but not only that, but also a better structure and countless helpful tools. The objection handling a la Michael Künzl alone is a must in everyday life (understand, reinforce, .... those who know it know immediately what I mean 😉 ) Many of his wordings can be adapted 1 to 1 and pretty much everything can be repurposed and used. Michael helps you with this and tailors the tools to your individual needs. And thanks to his charismatic and charming manner, you're always fully involved straight away!

I can recommend Mr. Künzl without reservation. He is very courteous, has very good methods for everyday use for sales people. These tips are very appreciative for the customer and the salesperson at the same time. At the same time he gives very nice rhetoric trainings, which are simply "easy". You actually don't think it's that easy. Sometimes you just need a different perspective and or a little charming push (from Mr. Künzl) to realize and apply the simplicity.
