Ms. Lenhart's training courses are absolutely effective. With her excellent methodology and in a relaxed atmosphere, she manages to inspire the nursery staff. How refreshing it is when daycare centers and kindergartens communicate in an appreciative and empathetic way! I can only recommend Ms. Lenhart to the staff and the children!
Ms. Michaela Lenhart presented the seminar "Communication can be so simple" very clearly, vividly and with an incredible amount of practical knowledge. I was able to put the content into practice the very next day. The training was extremely effective for me. I think every professional should take advantage of her training, it would make so many things easier.
Michaela structured the training very well, making it lively and clear. The fact that she worked out and completed the worksheets with us is also worth mentioning. The course was also very varied between theory and practical things like games and interviews. I took away a lot of tools for my work and would recommend Michaela Lenhart to others.
