Poor
I had commissioned MINEKO after a discount of over 200 euros had been forecast. In reality, it was 30 euros. Against this background, I would never have paid the 70 euro handling fee. It should also be mentioned that the employee who was assigned to me promised to revise the test report. I have been waiting for this for over a week now. Oh yes, my "comments" were not addressed in the test report.

The form of service and preparation are very good. There were problems with the upload of documents. A check mark indicated that the upload was complete, but this was not the case. After the third attempt, however, it worked. However, this led to a slight frustration. But very quick response from customer service.

Mineko must definitely be recommended. My check of the NK statement resulted in a repayment instead of an additional payment. Madness, how wrong NK statements can be created by the landlord / property management. I will have my next statement checked here again. Great team. Thank you.

The texts are written in a language that is understandable even for laypersons. It is explained what to do in the event of an incorrect statement. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Your audit report gives me the backing for a long overdue appeal, here now for the 2020 billing year.
The critical items are sidewalk cleaning and garden maintenance. From my point of view, the apportioned services were not provided, and the landlord refuses to allow me to inspect the relevant receipts, so that it is impossible to trace them.
I will file an objection.
