it was time well spent, especially with the question of whether such a project is still worthwhile in today's time ( interest...), your notes were very helpful.
The topic, whether I project the building project and kompl. convert or however a building firm as GU employ, should be deepened further. Especially in today's time ( shortage of craftsmen ..) as well as the selection of the right companies to find,
turns out to be difficult due to lack of contacts. An evaluation whether quality is supplied, can be judged due to not existing experience only on basis of an invitation to tender with difficulty. Would it not make more sense to torture the construction costs of the GU to achieve cost savings ?

In any case, a big thank you for your event.

The very structured "roadmap" through the project phases is clearly laid out and presents the essential to-dos in a project. I like that very much.

You had mentioned the topic of complexity. I would have been very pleased to receive a few tips and hints on the, in my opinion, very complex topic of technical building equipment and an economical design of this. As an architect, the design of the technical building equipment is of course not your core topic, but from my point of view it is an important adjusting screw in a project development due to the increasing cost intensity. Which qualities do I have to fulfill by law, which are economical and which should I rather refrain from in the case of an apartment building? This applies to heat generation, heat distribution networks, space heating surfaces and ventilation systems.

You have a great team around you, and if you could now integrate an intrinsically motivated building services engineer with a flair for innovative ideas in the design of technical systems, I think that would be a great addition to the program.

Otherwise, I can only say thank you for this compact format on this always interesting topic!

Particularly informative and comprehensible is the clear presentation of the cost limits or the required return for an apartment building. Sobering is the realization that the construction of rental housing is not worthwhile if tax money does not flow sufficiently.

Stefan Scholz responded excellently to the individual questions and needs of the participants. The support on the way to the building permit was also first-class: be it in questions of calculation and profitability, as well as in the not always easy communication with the authorities. MMST Architekten - they are professionals in apartment building construction.
