Our 40-year-old bathroom needed to be modernized to make it age-appropriate and barrier-free. We had various quite high-priced considerations and ideas with which we went to the first consultation. Our ideas were implemented within our budget.
All deadlines were met on time. The construction phase held the one or other "surprise" ready - nevertheless the agreed upon construction time was kept - the bath was even one day earlier again operationally ready, although the shower partition still had to be supplied, this was however already communicated clearly in the apron.
The various trades (window fitters, electricians, plumbers, tilers and painters) worked hand in hand. We, as the client, were involved in all decisions and were always informed transparently about the construction progress.
The construction site was always left broom-clean; the path from the front door to the bathroom was covered with fleece from day one, so that the floor was protected.
