Ms. Baumgartner has great expertise and excellent local knowledge. She responds to individual customer requests and personally assisted us in booking accommodation, flights and rental cars! She also calls back promptly and can be reached outside normal business hours if necessary.
We have already booked several times with m&m and have also recommended her agency to friends and are already looking forward to the next trip we have already booked and discovering the hotel recommendation and the surrounding area.

Claudia Baumgartner looked after us with her excellent knowledge of the local conditions and the great commitment of her contacts to private landlords when we made a rather late decision for a summer vacation in Apulia!
Although she could not be there in person, she was always available for questions and solutions during the trip.
Her suggestions and recommendations were far from "main-stream": all vacation accommodations and tips were characterized by above-average, local knowledge and very original flair!!!!
If we were to travel to Puglia again, we would plan with Mare & Monte and Ms. Baumgartner at any time!!!

The individual, sympathetic advice, very reliable implementation and the warm hospitality on site have so thrilled us last year that we traveled again this summer with montagne & mare; everything was wonderful again!
