Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the handling of the purchase of my Kia XCeed. Mr. Zengin's advice was good. He gave me comprehensive and friendly advice. Unfortunately, there are also negative aspects that call into question whether I would recommend the dealership to others. I was presented with a vehicle that was dirty on the inside.
The vehicle was registered by Heinen, only after several calls on my part did I find out that the vehicle could be picked up, a callback/information from Heinen was again not forthcoming. I happily took over my new car, then the shock, the fuel gauge showed a remaining distance of 6 km, I just made it to the next gas station, which is unacceptable in my eyes.
Apart from Mr. Zengin's advice, I give the service a straight 6.
I recommend a thorough revision of the service concept to ensure customer satisfaction.

First of all, I would like to say a big thank you to
Mr. Faruk Celik. Everything was taken care of from A to Z. Purchase, redemption, deregistration is carried out immediately by the dealership. Purchase of a new Kia Ceed SW in white. Windows were foiled in black, black aluminum rims for the winter. just looks good. Registration with desired license plate 😊. Mr. Celik responds to all wishes and tries to implement them. Simply top. By the way, the car drives great and I've had many new cars. I would recommend anyone who wants to buy a car to go there for advice.

This is how I imagine buying a car. With a very friendly and courteous salesman, Mr. Faruk Celik, who acted very competently and made my car purchase as pleasant as possible. All my expectations were exceeded, which other brands and dealers could take as an example. If the maintenance/inspections now also run as smoothly, I'll add a 6th star. Absolutely recommendable.

Excellent advice and support from Mr. Faruk Celik. Unfortunately, delivery of my Kia Sportage was only possible after a long 14 months. The manufacturer KIA still has a lot of work to do. I had to return my previous car (leasing Honda CRV also from the company Heinen) already on 13.09.2023, but until the delivery of the Kia on 22.12.2023 the company Heinen in Essen provided me with a rental car (Suzuki Vitara) free of charge! I was then able to pick up my new car in good time before Christmas.
I would like to express my sincere thanks for the excellent service provided by Heinen in Essen, especially Mr. Faruk Celik. I can really only recommend the Motor Center Heinen in Essen.

We were looking for a Suzuki Jimny. The first phone contact was very friendly and our searched vehicle was on site. During the visit in Essen, Mr. Celik advised us very friendly and competent. After a few days we decided on the vehicle and Mr. Celik prepared all the documents super for the purchase. In addition, he is a very pleasant sales consultant.
When we picked up the vehicle, Mr. Rammo handed it over to us. He was also very courteous, friendly and competent. There was even a small bouquet of flowers at the handover :-)
We are very satisfied with our new jimny and the Motorcenter Heinen in Essen.
