We were very satisfied with the advice we received from Mr. Tobias Aeppli, especially when discussing the implementation options. The installation, professionally carried out by Mr. Mathias Aeppli, was also very convincing. The Broder drilling team carried out the probe drilling without any problems, even in adverse weather conditions. We would like to thank everyone involved for the success of our project.

My heat pump (Stiebel) was installed at my home by the Müller company: A perfect result and experience...switch on the heating and forget about it.
An absolutely reliable company with high quality standards, with whom I enjoy working and will continue to work with. My solar thermal collector installation was also carried out with the support of Müller. And now the tank demolition/removal. Everything went perfectly. I am satisfied in every respect, the price/performance ratio is right.

The short delivery time was also an important factor in the success of the order. The company's employees were also very committed, friendly and helpful.

We had an air-to-water heat pump from Stiebel Eltron installed in our 50-year-old house by the Müller company.
From the initial consultation with Mr. Aeppli to the final handover, everything went smoothly. The competence of the entire team convinced us completely and we are very happy to have chosen the Müller company.
All employees were extremely friendly and professional. In addition, it was very pleasant for us that we did not have to worry about anything. All the work was coordinated by the Müller company.
We are also very satisfied with the Stiebel Eltron heat pump. It works so quietly that we only hear it when we are standing directly in front of it.

From the quote to the installation and commissioning of the new Ochsner heat pump, everything worked to our complete satisfaction.
Great work, very competent and friendly professionals with professional pride, responsive to customer requests and questions. From the first consultation by Mr. Aeppli to the commissioning everything from one source - SUPER !
Even under "full load" (100%), which will hardly ever be the case, the two fans of the Ochsner system outside run very quietly. The "full load" was demonstrated on my request in the course of the instruction.
Contrary to countless media reports about so-called noise pollution by heat pumps, I was very positively disabused of how quiet such a system is or can be.
A big praise, compliment and thank you to the whole Müller heating team and the company Ochsner!
We are glad that we had the company Müller Heizung-Service AG on our side for this project. The next winter can come.

I can't judge the price/performance ratio in detail, as I didn't obtain another equal offer. Above all, good advice and a company on site were very important to me. - The craftsmen worked very well together and were a great team. They were also very friendly and always answered my (many) questions.
