I wish every patient, a dentist like Dr. Herberger

I presented myself at the Musenhof Clinic as a highly complex case. (Due to serious dental malpractice (specialists) I got into an absolutely desolate condition. Every other dentist I went to for help made my situation worse. I could not chew for 3 years, implants had to be removed, I completely lost my bite and also my height. My hope of ever getting better was almost 0).

Dr. Herberger took an inordinate amount of time during our 1st consultation. She listened to everything very attentively and signaled to me right at the beginning that she treats her patients at eye level. She tried to take away my fear with an incredible amount of empathy, which of course was not so easy with a traumatized patient.
I then had four more appointments with her for preparation and planning, whereby the dental technician was also present at 3 appointments. I was given various treatment suggestions and all the details were taken into account in terms of my wishes and fears.
I had never experienced anything so sympathetic and emphatic before. And I have already been treated by many dentists.
My husband was present at almost all appointments. This was absolutely no problem for Dr. Herberger.

Then I got 22 new long-term temporaries. With a lot of empathy and time, the dentist tried on the temporaries so that I could already get an impression. Dr. Herberger knew that I was afraid and did not want to overtax me. That's why I had a fitting appointment. I was absolutely positively surprised.
We had no more clues at all. Neither bite height, jaw position, etc.
And what can I say? The dental technician did a great job. It felt good. With small grinding-in corrections, Dr. Herberger was able to help me achieve a proper bite at the next appointment.

I am so so so so incredibly grateful to her.

What she did differently than previous dentists? She listens! She takes you seriously! At no time did I have the feeling that I was being pushed onto the "psycho track".

Also a big thank you to the incredibly nice dental assistants.

Very friendly reception, no waiting time, for anxiety and pain patients there is no better alternative.
