The ability to decide to work through the points depending on your mood. Independence from time and no additional paths. If you don't even know where the path should lead, it often becomes difficult to answer the questions. In my case, I recognized a development towards my goal and used it. I was lucky that my partner of over 20 years was able to cope well with my bipolar disorder, which I recognized quite late. We have also always exchanged ideas. The most important thing is to answer the questions honestly. Now, after the end of My7Steps, I'm still struggling with thoughts of shame, because it became clearer to me from point to point that I too had hurt and was often not honest. Most of the problems came up in the manic phases, which I've been getting a better handle on since I started taking the appropriate medication. I now also understand better that there must be an interplay between everything and that the inner will to want to change something and to accept help at all costs is also a basic prerequisite for using My7Steps. I have printed everything out and will read it again at regular intervals.
