In addition to the yoga classes, I also had sound massages with Yeshi during my pregnancy. They were so good! I particularly enjoyed them on days when I was exhausted or tense, as I could really relax. My son in my belly also liked them and danced a lot during them. I am very happy to have had this little break and can highly recommend it!

I came to Yeshi with severe nausea at the beginning of my pregnancy. She was able to help me with homeopathy and other tips, the nausea got much better until it was completely gone. She was also always able to find the right remedy for other problems and worries and was very empathetic. I always felt very well advised and in good hands, so that I went to see her several times after the birth, even with my son. I can only warmly recommend her!

The yoga classes with Yeshi during my pregnancy were a blessing. I had never done yoga before, she did a great job explaining it to me and always responded to my needs and daily state of health.
