The installation colleagues on site were great and very competent!
They replaced the appliances professionally and quickly.

Weak point: Availability of the dispatchers & planners - perhaps one more part-time employee and/or a better tool with which you can view the appointment allocation, possible rescheduling etc. directly online.
A chat function and/or assignment to specific clerks with a telephone number would also be welcome.
