Miele dishwasher ordered after excellent and very
friendly advice from Mr. JÖRG WENGE on 14.03.24 (price level: top!), on 15.03.24 again very competent advice and commitment on his part regarding value guarantee contracts. Delivery/installation/disposal of old appliance on 26.03.24 carried out quickly and punctually.

As this was a repair order, many of your questions are difficult to answer. The staff contacted by phone or text message were very friendly and competent.
This statement also applies to the employee who carried out the repair on site quickly and professionally. I am completely satisfied with the repair as I was spared the high cost of buying a new device.

I find it quite outrageous to charge a "diagnostic flat rate" of €108.90 for 10 minutes of troubleshooting, especially as my apartment is only 1o minutes away on foot. this was also the deciding factor in hiring Neuhoff. Charging the same price as for the 10-minute repair would have been more reasonable. next time I'll get a new dishwasher, but not from Neuhoff. Stsdebatte.oviel on sustainability

I bought my second electrical appliance from Neuhoff in Dortmund Mengende and was very satisfied, just like the first time. Both because of the good advice and the good and friendly customer service.
I first went to Neuhoff in Hörde 4 years ago and my experience back then was not good. But it was probably only due to the employee I spoke to. So I can't judge how the customer service there is overall. Friends then recommended the Mengede branch to me. Everything went well there.
