I used the Momentum program to find better communication with my husband despite the stress of everyday life and to bring more love and passion back into our marriage. We are a good parenting team but that's all we had left after the children were born. We definitely neglected each other as a couple and the togetherness was only "purposefully cold". Since I was sure we couldn't do this alone, but also didn't have the energy to convince him to go to couples therapy, I decided to go with Momentum.
I was definitely surprised at how quickly a change was evident. Just by MY changing behavior he responded to me immediately and on vacation after 2 weeks in the program we were closer than we had been in a long time. Also the other topics like forgiveness, solving conflicts brought a lot of positive energy into our family😍.
Niklas answers questions surprisingly personally and very quickly competent! In the Zoom Calls he regularly gives even more tips to be applied ACTIVELY and you stay motivated to stay with it even through the very open exchange in the community in case of setbacks 😊.

The relationship boost course is a recommendation for any relationship situation! Even if things are not going badly, you will find inspiration for more mutual attention and appreciation and can experience more harmony with very small adjusting screws. This is true for spouses as well as for other family members like children or mothers-in-law. The great thing is that one alone can really effectively change something without the partner even noticing that "a course was attended". Great offer that I can only recommend!

The relationship boost has already shown its first effect! I am really grateful for the food for thought, tips and ideas that are easy to implement and so actually applied in everyday life!

I think it's very good that Niklas also addressed individual questions about problems.

I no longer have small children. My relationship, unfortunately, I had already ended internally and was already too far away.
However, while reading and thinking about the issues, I realized what mistakes I made to bring the relationship to a new level, which would have also given me satisfaction for the future.

The many small ideas that Niklas has are applicable in any situation. Who wants to change extensively is here just as right as the one who wants to improve only small things... it's fun to listen to him, because even complex topics are explained catchy... thanks

I really appreciate the course and the person behind it. I think the positive, optimistic focus is important and helpful. One does not really have the feeling that it is work. A really great accompaniment, especially during corona at the moment. I find the reference to everyday life and the figurative language very helpful.

I like the way you make the videos. Your voice and the way you speak is totally pleasant and the films are not too long, which I find very important. It's fun to listen to you and creates curiosity for more. What's next, what's still to come?
The small tasks are just right. They make you think, but they don't put you under pressure and they don't take up a lot of time, so if you continue to think about it, you're doing it of your own free will and not because you've given it up to him (which is actually the point of the whole thing, but not so obviously).

The course is simple and easy to understand, the tasks can all be done and the bonus material helps enormously.
