It was not dryly presented and was a lot of fun!

You can tell that a professional is at work who doesn't just reel off his program. It was a lot of fun and I got a lot out of it. The materials provided are great. I also thought it was very clever to give them out AFTER the chapter that was covered.

Oliver has developed a great way of training and always responds to the particular needs and wishes of the seminar participants. It is always very entertaining and Oliver also gives practical examples of the learning content. Sorry for the delay. I didn't want to jump the queue, contrary to my habit ;-)
I found the training very exciting, informative and rousing.
Very many habits in handling and language have been consolidated over the years without being good.
It was also nice how you always "brought us back to life" when we dipped our heads through the melamine coating into the chipboard in response to questions you asked.
You managed with humor and by means of true-to-life examples to bring the individual topic points loosely into the heads of the participants.
It was just fun and the numerous notes and A6 cards help for the future (what was that again? practice-practice-practice).

He also addresses case studies and is interested in the experiences of others. The training is fun and not as dry as others before.

I really enjoyed the training on both days, and the very clear examples were great.
