It was definitely easy to order! The whole process was hassle-free. I ordered it well before I entered Japan and received my code on the day of entry. With the instructions that came with it, nothing stood in the way of printing. It was really easy. The only drawback (I may have missed it) is that you should write somewhere in capital letters that you need 40 yen in coins. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Wir hatten den Flug umgebucht und mussten daher das ausdrucken verschieben. War kein Problem.

I have had very good experiences with Japan Driving (now One Click Japan). The processing was fast, friendly and uncomplicated. I always received immediate feedback to my questions. I found it particularly practical that I could easily print out the translation myself at 7-Eleven thanks to the clear and understandable instructions. While the advice and information were very good throughout the process, the system that only allows you to print the translation once you've arrived in Japan is bad.
I had to run (the rental agency closed 30 minutes after our baggage claim at Nagoya airport) in heavy rain to 7 Eleven, located 10-15 minutes from the terminal!
A simpler system should be possible! Why can't car rental agencies print out this document?
