GERMAN:
- First of all, it is easy to understand Onur Yildiz because he speaks High German. (Especially if you come to Germany to study and were only taught High German at university, dialects or colloquial language can become critical). 😁
- The excellence with which Onur passes on his expertise in technical sales is unparalleled. 👌
- And the tools he has prepared and made available to us, such as the MrVoltaik measurement folder, are simply priceless.

I would like to take this opportunity to respond to your review. First of all, thank you for the honest and direct review.
"Flexibility and group focus in training"
I would like to make it clear that it is crucial for me as a trainer to remain flexible and respond to the needs of the whole group. You can access my methods at any time via the videos provided and familiarize yourself with them. In my experience, it is far more important to prioritize the progress of the group rather than sticking rigidly to a ready-made program. This is precisely why there are regular calls in which we can address current topics and questions.
"Clarification of technical details: correction to the emergency power supply"
An important technical clarification: A PV system cannot provide electricity in the event of a power outage, as its inverter cannot function without the public grid. Hybrid inverters and our storage system no longer draw power from the socket, as they still need to be connected to the grid. Without grid voltage, the inverter cannot convert the electricity for the household.
In order to still have electricity during a power outage, an additional stand-alone grid capability would be required. This can be provided by battery storage in conjunction with special technical solutions such as an emergency power or grid backup package. Such systems make it possible to operate the home grid independently of the public power grid and ensure that the power supply is guaranteed even in the event of an outage. Confusion and errors can occur - which is why I have also included this information under the corresponding video.
"Responsibility towards the group"
I understand that you have a different perspective, but my responsibility lies with the group as a whole and not just with individual participants. The responsibility for individual concerns lies first and foremost with the direct managers. Many participants have told me personally how important it was for them to talk about their challenges in the calls and to learn from the experiences of others. I therefore see it as my job to adapt the training flexibly and respond to these needs.
"Evaluation and perception"
I appreciate your feedback, but I think it is important to emphasize that the evaluation of the structure in your feedback does not match the perception of the majority of participants. While you rated the structure as poor, over 150 participants, representing 97% of the group, rated it as very good. I respect your opinion, but regret that your perception is so different.
"Correct timing"
To clear up any misunderstandings: The first call ended at exactly 20:29, the second call at 20:10 and the third at 20:15. Our last call ended at 20:43 at the request of the participants. These times are recorded in the Zoom documentation. A time slot of 90 minutes was planned for the calls - 60 minutes for the content and 30 minutes as a buffer. All announced content was discussed, with the exception of the AT slides in the last call, because the participants had requested a different topic.
"Mood barometer and uniqueness of the system"
I also took a look at your mood barometer and noticed that your assessments differ significantly from those of the other participants. While your assessments were consistently neutral and unemotional, the vast majority of participants gave very positive feedback.
It's important to emphasize that our system is currently without peer in the industry when it comes to getting new distributors up and running so quickly and efficiently. Our approach is designed to make it as easy as possible to get started, while ensuring that every participant gets the most out of it. This automated system has proven to be extremely successful and is highly appreciated by most participants.
Finally, I would like to give you a little feedback on perception: The majority of participants were very positive about the content and structure of the training. Flexibility is crucial for me as a trainer, which is why I sometimes deviate from the original plan in order to better respond to the needs of the group. However, the announced content is always available online so that you can access it at any time.
Best regards
Onur Yildiz
