I had a problem with an invoice that absolutely had to go out, because the program had calculated supposedly wrong sums together. Support always gets back to me very promptly, but in this case I explicitly pointed out the urgency of the matter. Less than 20 minutes later, Mr. Schicha from the support team got back to me and was able to explain immediately what caused the problem, how to solve it and how to avoid it in the future. The guys & gals who work at openHandwerk know your software and can not only sell it, but also operate it! I would have liked to do without the problem (was a self-inflicted) but this has shown me again why I changed the software & went to openHandwerk - thank you!
