I can only absolutely recommend Oliver Mest and his team. Even though we do not know each other personally, his advice was competent and his behavior absolutely trustworthy and at no point intrusive. The consultation took place via email, phone and mail. I had and have the feeling that Mr. Mest was not interested in selling me something, but rather in advising me as a customer in the way he would wish for himself. That is exactly how it should be. My pension situation was quite confusing, Mr. Mest showed me where insurance is too much and where they fit - and there were partly hair-raising gaps. The advice is very good, very friendly and competent.
Contact is always possible at short notice. If there are uncertainties on the part of the customer, these are explained in detail and conclusively and cleared out of the way. I do not have the feeling here that the profitable package has priority, but rather the customer who, as a thank you, remains loyal in the long term.

If one had questions about specific benefit points, these were answered in detail and by way of example. I now know more about my contract than I ever did with other insurance contracts. The assessment, evaluation and comparison between several insurance companies was also done objectively and in detail from my point of view, so that I was able to follow along and find the perfect insurance provider for me. I also really liked that I could always read over the transcripts of inquiries/applications and correct them if necessary. However, I would have liked the corrections (especially corrections to my person) to be taken more seriously and not have to be corrected by me several times. All in all, however, I am extremely satisfied with the competent advice and my new insurance policy, which was tailored to my needs. Many thanks therefore to Mr. Mest and his team!
