We (construction-related trade with assembly services) were - after an initial reluctance to use social media - pleasantly surprised that this new approach attracted so much attention and numerous applications. We were able to successfully hire a fitter we were looking for. There were also side effects, i.e. the positively perceived company video led to unsolicited applications, from which we were also able to hire a clerk. Employees as well as Mr. Oz himself were always available, likeable and helpful. When we wanted to postpone the broadcast of the video after all, this was no problem. An all-round pleasant collaboration.

We are a grating manufacturer that was looking for skilled workers. In the beginning we were a bit skeptical because it was hard to believe that we could find new employees in the social network. Today we can say that with our advertising we have found several motivated employees.
Oz Marketing understood from the beginning what we needed, reacted quickly and organized everything as perfectly as possible. You can see the experience and interest of the whole team. They are goal-oriented and have a clear idea of what needs to be done. The preparation and the video game day was organized with time. The video was ready in a short time. Forget other types of advertisements such as Stepstone, indeed or newspapers. It will take you an eternity to find someone.
Believe in Oz Marketing, they are simply TOP.

We realize sophisticated industrial installations up to reliable service and maintenance. We create software concepts up to the qualified program-technical conversion and the associated switch cabinet construction.

On the search for suitable personnel in the assembly area (electricians and metal workers) we decided to carry out a social recruiting with the OZ Marketing GmbH.
The support and advice, as well as the implementation of the campaign, was very professional and at the same time friendly and obliging.

Like many other employers, Handelshof Cottbus GmbH has had to come to terms with the fact that traditional recruitment tools have had their day and are no longer up to date. The call from OzMarketing GmbH therefore came more than appropriately last summer. Handelshof Cottbus GmbH is based in Lusatia as a strong partner for trade, commerce and industry and supplies customers in the fields of steel and materials, heating and sanitary, construction and tool technology and electrical engineering. Open vacancies remained unfilled for up to 9 months. Over the past six months, OzMarketing GmbH has helped us find great new colleagues for these positions. Our company has been successfully active in the market for gas engineering plant construction for a good five years and has grown from 5 to 45 employees during this time. As a result, we have a need for personnel, especially in the skilled trades. Classical recruiting channels have not helped us in this respect. The system offered by OzMarketing has been very successful. We received over 70 applications and were able to fill 4 additional positions within 8 weeks. Originally we had expected a maximum of 2 positions. Almost all of the applicants had the professional background we were looking for. Mr. Öztürk and his team provided us with excellent professional support throughout the entire project. In this respect, we thank OzMarketing very much and will also fill other positions with them in the future.

We have been reporting vacancies to the employment agency for years. Unfortunately, qualified applications have been missing for quite some time. That's why we decided to shoot a recruiting video with OzMarketing and put the entire campaign in their hands. It was worth it! Based on the campaign alone, we were able to hire three qualified employees in less than 2 months. We would not have achieved this success any other way. After the campaign, we believe that a social media campaign is currently the most effective and almost the only way to receive applications for open positions.
