We have been using Papershift for about 4 months now and are very satisfied! The tool is almost self-explanatory and the FAQs are so well prepared that there is no need to call on the service team. That said, the included onboarding is also really great. Rarely have you experienced such a well-organized process, with such friendly staff guiding you through it. For us, Papershift has proven extremely useful, not least for uncomplicated rescheduling at short notice, e.g. due to lockdown. From both the staff planner and the employees, Papershift allowed us to very quickly bring order to the lockdown-related chaos by allowing us to change shifts and reschedule assignments to other departments in an uncomplicated manner.
My experience with Papershift has been very good. I was able to make the most of the training and test phase to get started now. By the way, I can't say that I'm particularly good with computers. I think in 4 weeks the transition will be done and we will be able to work completely with the system, the duty scheduling, the swapping and the vacation planning, but also with the time recording. With Papershift we have the personnel planning (10 employees) for 2 locations with different requirements under control. Shifts for warehouse/shipping and office with store and external events can be planned separately. No stress with vacation planning as each employee can see who has already planned vacation for which time. And the accounting at the end of the month for the temporary staff is easy and fast. In the meantime an indispensable helper in everyday office life.
We, as a medium-sized, family-run horticultural company with about 10-15 employees needed to become more effective and save time. After a long search, Papershift was the best solution for us. Even for older employees, the time clock was an easy tool.
