I came to Manoli for the subsequent free one-day workshop through my husband, who attended the Ifj start-up impulse. With his calm, emphatic and warm manner, Manoli responded to the participants individually in a sensitive way and was able to pick them up where they were at the time. He used comprehension questions to get to the bottom of the hurt values and showed why and where we still have the specific blockages. Despite the huge age difference, Manoli met us at eye level and with a great deal of respect and appreciation and held the room with ease thanks to his competent manner. With his help and the helpful documents, we were able to find out our true values, strengths and needs in order to become more visible, stand up for ourselves, listen to our hearts and not bend ourselves for others. I had the pleasure of meeting Manoli as a guest speaker at the Ifj Startup Impuls with the topic "Coaching Business" on 28.11.23.
At this free, one-hour Zoominar, Manoli used simple but clear words to get to the heart of the decisive steps in sales, from the offer to scaling.
Manoli then initiated a free workshop on 27.01.24 on his own initiative, where he gave us participants a deep dive into the topic. Manoli understood perfectly how to make this one-day workshop authentic, approachable and entertaining. On 20.02. this was followed by

It was very interesting for me and I was able to learn a lot of new things. The mentoring is built up piece by piece and has a clear thread.
