The course helped me to better identify personal stressors and learn methods for dealing with stress. The regular repetition and simple introduction to PMR has helped noticeably with stress reduction, which is particularly noticeable when you haven't done it for a week. Thank you, stress is such a hot topic these days and courses like this should be accessible/known to everyone :)!

I did the progressive muscle relaxation course and was very satisfied. The course is very well structured and very attractively designed. Positive: the course not only teaches PMR, but also other relaxation techniques and background and exercises on stress and stress management.

I would not book the course again. Much can also be googlen. Who has no idea of cooking it is perhaps quite good. Also does not seem quite modern or fresh and some slips of the tongue are in there. Unfortunately not much new learned. Good are the recipes that you get.
