Ms. Märsche is competent, responds to concerns and needs, always reacts very promptly (by mail or phone) to any questions, gives tips on how to quickly settle into the new home, pleasantly reserved (not she is in the foreground but the customers - unfortunately experienced quite differently with broker colleagues), you notice that she grew up there and lives there, because she knows everything, can listen well = all around good!
