I found the cooperation with Pflegehelden Oberhessen very pleasant.
Problems were solved as quickly as possible and unbureaucratically.
Unfortunately, in 2 years of working with Ms. Suffner and Ms. Wronska, it was not possible to find caregivers who were up to their task in caring for my father.
But this is a point that is definitely not up to the two ladies of Pflegehelden Oberhessen.
If it were, our collaboration would not have lasted as long as it did.
Nevertheless, I will recommend Pflegehelden Oberhessen to others, because with Mrs. Suffner you are in really good hands.
I wish Ms. Suffner and Ms. Wronska all the best for the future and many satisfied customers!

Die 24-Stunden-Betreuung für meinen Schwager und meine Schwägerin war optimal. Es gab zwei kritische Situationen in der dreijährigen Zeit, weil Pflegekräfte selbst krank wurden. Wir wurden von den Pflegehelden optimal unterstützt, die innerhalb von 1 bis 2 Tagen für Ersatz sorgten. Außerdem haben uns die Pflegehelden auf Möglichkeiten hingewiesen, wie wir zusätzliche staatliche Unterstützung bekommrnen konnten.

Wir waren zu jedem Zeitpunkt gut beraten mit dem fachlich sehr gutem Team der Pflegehelden Oberhessen. Das uns gestellte Personal , war in allen belangen , sehr gut. freundlich und liebevoll im Umgang mit unserer Mutter. Es hat uns in den betreuerischen belangen ,sehr entlastet
Unsere Mutter war hier jederzeit sehr gut betreut. Leider können Wir die häusliche Pflege nicht mehr da Stellen. Ich möchte mich auf diesem Wege nochmals aller herzlichst bedanken. Man kann dieses Team rund um Frau Suffner nur weiterempfehlen.
